About The Role:
The account operations specialist will work in collaboration with account leads to support the success of client engagements.
As a Nuvalence Account Operations Specialist, you will:
- Develop & maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders
- Support the engagement & account leads with regards to ensuring that the team is operating at the expected level
- Support the customer as their day to day contact for questions and issues escalation
- Plan & conduct on-boarding, offboarding and training for staff assigned to client accounts
- Create & deliver weekly and monthly account / engagement reports for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders with demonstrated ability to take direction and produce required results
- Measure customer satisfaction & Contribute to improving customer satisfaction
The Primary Experience Nuvalence typically looks for:
- 3+ years experience and a proven track record managing accounts
- Previous experience working in a Client Operations or Customer Success role within the tech industry (bonus if you have consulting related experience)
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities/objectives.
- Detail-oriented team player with strong self-initiative and high personal and professional standards of integrity, ethics and confidentiality
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to executive and key decision makers
- Ability to deliver customized presentations via web conference and in person, as needed
- Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Strong acumen of software industry

These are approximate ranges; salary will be reflective of experience against job requirements.
- Compensation Bands:
- Major metro: $55K – $160K USD yearly base
- Secondary metro: $46K – $134K USD yearly base
